Enter the total shooting period, interval between frame starts and playback frame rate. The calculator counts a frame at time zero and stops before the end of the period. Add an average photo size to budget storage. To target a clip length, use the suggested interval as a planning starting point.

Allow for exposure time, write speed, battery life and changing light. An interval shorter than exposure plus processing is not practical.
