Contract Terms & Policies
Standard terms for all social media production engagements
💳 Payment
50% non-refundable deposit required to book
Balance due before final file delivery
Retainers invoiced monthly, due in advance
Overdue invoices: 1.5% interest per month
No files delivered on overdue accounts
✏️ Revisions
Rounds included per package as listed above
Revision = edit changes to existing cut
Reshoots or full concept changes billed extra
Additional rounds: $75/round per video
Client feedback due within 5 business days
No response = auto-approved after 5 days
📅 Retainer Terms
Minimum 3-month commitment on all retainers
Month-to-month available after minimum term
30 days written notice required to cancel
Unused videos do not roll over month-to-month

Delayed approvals may push delivery dates

—Royalty-free licensed music included in all packages. Client-supplied music subject to platform licensing review.
—Governing law: Province of British Columbia, Canada. GST/HST applied to all invoices.
—Bilingual service available in English and Chinese (普通话 / 廣東話). Content for Xiaohongshu, WeChat & Douyin welcome.
—Exclusivity clauses (not working with direct competitors) available at a premium — enquire for custom pricing.
