Booking Notes & Terms
—All packages require a 50% non-refundable deposit to book. Balance due before final file delivery.
—Final prices depend on concept depth, shoot scope, number of locations, talent, and deliverables. All listed prices are starting points.
—Client must provide: location access, on-camera talent (unless add-on booked), brand guidelines, and feedback within 5 business days.
—Revision rounds included as listed. Additional rounds billed at $400–$600/round. Reshoots or concept changes quoted separately.
—Client receives usage rights to final edited videos. Raw footage and project files not included unless purchased. Portfolio use retained by Steven Video Production.
—Custom video delivered digitally is PST-exempt in BC. GST (5%) applied to all invoices once annual revenue exceeds $30,000.
—Bilingual service available in English and Chinese (普通话 / 廣東話).
Note on short videos: A 15-second teaser requires the same equipment setup, crew mobilization, and pre-production as a 60-second video. Final runtime does not determine cost — shoot time, concept depth, and post-production complexity do. All prices reflect this.
