—50% non-refundable retainer required to hold your date. Balance due on the day of filming or before final delivery.
—All files delivered digitally — no PST charged in BC. You pay only 5% GST.
—Final video delivered as a high-quality MP4 file via private download link. Files kept on file for 30 days after delivery.
—Client is welcome to provide song preferences — licensed alternatives will be selected if the original is not available for commercial use.
—Travel within Greater Vancouver included. Travel outside the Lower Mainland quoted separately.
—Cancellations within 7 days of shoot date forfeit the retainer. One free reschedule available with 7+ days notice.
