—50% non-refundable retainer required to hold your event date. Balance due 1–4 weeks before the event.
—Corporate clients: Net 30 payment terms available on request with approved credit.
—One free reschedule within 12 months, subject to availability, with 14+ days notice.
—All deliverables sent via digital download (Google Drive / WeTransfer). Digital-only delivery means no BC PST — you pay 5% GST only.
—Photos delivered as an online gallery. Videos delivered as MP4 files optimized for web and social.
—Certificate of Insurance ($2M CGL) available upon request for venue requirements.
—Bilingual service available in English and Chinese (普通话 / 廣東話).
